Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell you our products, answer your messages and send the newsletter you asked for. Our website sets no cookies of its own, and we never sell your personal information.

We also share information when the law requires it. Some of these providers are outside Australia and outside your country; for transfers from the EU or UK we rely on their standard contractual clauses.
4. Cookies and embedded players
We set no cookies. Audio demos (SoundCloud) and videos (YouTube) load only when you press play; that provider may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires (generally 5 years in Australia). Contact messages for up to 24 months. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights and complaints
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@yarraaudio.com; we reply within 30 days. In the EU or UK you can also object to or restrict our use of your information, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
We’ll update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date above.
